Basic Techniques4
A good introduction to ship modelling covering all of the basics of plastic and resin kit construction and the use of photoetched parts. The book is well illustrated and takes you through the process of construction and basics of painting. This is a useful book for the beginner or those returning to ship modelling. There is very little on weathering or applying highlights and this shows on several of the models in the book. Good value for the beginner and a useful reference source.
