A must-read if you're having a hysterectomy or vaginal repair
Everything you need to know before and after your operation is here. Written by professionals, it explains and illustrates what the problems are, offering easy to understand explanations for the non-scientific,as well as dealing with exercises and all those little worries you would like to ask about but know that nurses and doctors don't have the time or you would feel silly asking. It became my bible for the first two weeks after my hysterectomy.

Planning an operation
This book was a god send, before and after the operation.
I worked exactly to the exercise regime and was back on my racing bike (slowly) in 6 weeks. It gave me confidence and reassurance during the really hard weeks when I was recovering.

this book is a great book if you are contemplating hysterectomy or repair. its easy to understand- paints an honest picture of what to expect. and i should know- being a gynae nurse for 20years!! i have bought this book for our referance library on the ward.
