Batman - Cuts out the Ghul
If you're looking forward to the upcoming feature film Batman Begins - due out next year then it would be worth checking out this collection of 11 stories from 1971-80.
The reason being they both feature predominatly the mysterious, probably Egytian villain Ra's Al Ghul (translated from the Arabic as The Demon's Head).
Ra's Al Ghul with his daughter Talia on one side and a gigantic henchman on the other is an interesting adversary to the Dark Knight. Sometimes he is a friend asking Batman to help and assist him, other times he wants to kill him or get somebody to do it for him. On the whole an interesting read.
