Reasonable starter for 10 for a Special Constable
This book would be useful if you were thinking of joining the Special Constabulary as the author points out the whos, the whys and the whats. Not so useful once you have joined and a serving member of her majestys!, you'd be better off with the books that are aimed at the regular force.
