Product Description

By inviting you to interview, the medical school admissions tutors are saying that they are keen to meet you. They want to see for themselves if you have what it takes to make a success of your medical studies. So, your medical school interview is your great opportunity to shine: to stand out from the crowd. In this book, which aims to help school leavers, mature and graduate students alike, Tony Edgar and Matt Green: look at the part the Medical School Interview plays in the overall process through which students are selected to study Medicine; describe the criteria against which interview panels conduct their assessments; highlight the importance of thorough preparation in advance of the interview; use topical examples to illustrate the key principles underpinning the successful performance on the day; and provide tips on what to do and what not to do. Most importantly of all, this engaging, easy to use and comprehensive guide will help you give your very best account of yourself in your own unique way.

Bought this book for my daughter, dont know the outcome from her medical interview yet?, but instead of spending £200.00 on a workshop course for interviews, i think you will find this book covers most topics required. well worth it.
