A workbook to help children work out their feelings about separation and divorce. Divorce creates stressful feelings of grief from loss and change, and children who are unable to understand or verbally express their feelings often act them out in unhealthy ways. This book discusses basic concepts of marriage and divorce and offers young minds a creative way to sort out and express all the powerful feelings resulting from their parents' decision to separate.

Is ok,
If you are seeing your kids under difficult situations, then this might be of help to younger children as a book for dad to read to them in the early days of separation and divorce. For the father up against a difficult or hostile mother, then FAMILY COURT HELL by Mark Harris is a must. FAMILY COURT HELL goes inside Britain's worst ever access case and exposes the failings of the family courts.
when mom and dad split up
This book is useful to help the child to express how they feel about there mum and dad split, its worded in American so i had to explain abit of what it ment and it had excersices in it to help with the grief of the split as now my son lives with me and only sees his dad at the weekend.
