His done it again this much awaited little book is surely the most concise and easy to understand explanation of Spinal Breathing Pranayama available anywhere today a practice that was formally presented in a heavily disguised and fragmented way is now available to all in this superb little book. This amazingly effective practice is now for the first time presented in an easily understood way and in a language that anyone can understand. In my opinion no practitioner of Yoga or deep meditation should be without this little book

Yogani's masterpiece5
This book is a must for any spiritual seeker. The truth he imparts is a simple but profound one; the reader is left in no doubt as to its efficacy. After reading the book from cover to cover, very quickly, one wants to immediately dive in to the practice described by Yogani and discover the spiritual truths he expounds. Highly recommended.

Quite a disappointing book given the blurb on the cover. The whole of this book could be condensed to around 8 pages. The whole of the book is a repeat in various guises of the simple breathing exercise of spine breathing. A bit depressing really, it tells you that if you practice spinal breathing for 10,000 days you may reach enlightenment. I put the book down when I got to that.

Good for beginners, interesting to those who know little about energy and spinal activation, poor for serious energy workers.
