Immediate life changing results.
I started reading this book during a very stressful time in my life - after just following Doreen's chakra meditation once in the morning and evening I could sense a deep change within me. I felt more balanced, a lot happier and my outlook immediately changed from negative to positve. I thoroughly recommend Doreen's book- she really does know how to reach out and help people.

How Chakra Clearing helps me....
This book really works for me. It offers a variety of guided meditations that help me enormously. The book is totally reader friendly and I can browse through it to find the most appropriate meditation for how I feel. The language is simple and easy to read. The meditations and affirmations flow beautifully and are so easy to follow. I wanted a book that is easy to read and offers practical advice and suggestions on how to clear my chakras. This book does exactly this. My only regret is that I didn't buy the cd that accompanies it. That's my next purchase. Take care.
