Masterful Mckendrick5
I'm studying for a degree course and have recently completed a module on contract law for which the set text was this book. The law lectures were very complex and i did struggle with them. On picking up this book i was pleasently suprised, the sections are clear and concise, Mckendrick seems to realise that the law of contract is a difficult area and has responded by producing an accesible book, with lots of example cases and a use of clear english. Very impressed!

The essentials of contract law in a very digestable form.5
Mc Kendrick's book on contract law informs the student of the essentials of contract law in a very digestable form. It is written in a clear, understandable way in good english unlike some other law textbooks which use complicated english. It covers all the core topics required in the study of contract law at university level. Useful summaries are found at the end of each chapter.

very useful5
I really enjoyed reading this book which was my first contact with English private law. In my opinion this book is perfect for foreigners who need an introduction to UK law, especially students with a civil law background. A really clear, concise, structured and interesting first approach to CONTRACT LAW.
