Excellent
This is an excellent book revision book for Landlord and Tenant Law. It's only 320 pages long but manages to give a good overview of the 'General Law of Leases' (Part I) and then the Statutory Codes (Part II). It was only published in 2006 so is very up to date.

Any student who has studied Landlord and Tenant knows that it is not the most exciting area of law but this book manages to make it very clear and concise. Lecturers will say that it needs to be used in conjunction with other books such as Evans & Smith (which is unreadable) or Garner & Frith (simple but a bit verbose).

In summary, you will probably need a bigger textbook if you are writing essays but for doing problem questions this makes the landlord and tenant much easier.
