Customer Reviews

A great pocket book on pain5
This is very factual and content heavy and is presented as a pocket book. It is a good basic textbook on different methods of pain management that is firmly based upon the clinical evidence. It is best used as a companion to Carr and Mann earlier book in that case studies and resources are included but the emphasis is not on learning. It works best as a guide to different conditions and techniques and has some very good summaries.

Pain Management as an educational resource5
This book is an excellent resource for either the undergraduate or post graduate nurse student. Very suitable educational resource and comprehensive quide. Discusses the assessment and management of pain and provides case studies to illustrate and support content.
