Editorial Reviews
From the Author
This book takes a highly focused look at the core lists and facts that regularly present in the MRCP. It then condenses them to bite size lists with topic related memory aids to ease recall. There is also an audio tool that readers can download for revising whilst they commute.

Customer Reviews
Paces
Don't buy this book. It won't help you revise. Most of the mnemonics are facile and lists incomplete. It is very expensive for what it is and relies, as in my case, on personal insecurity and lack of preparation to prompt you to buy it.
You will be better of writing your own version.
A good buy
Although it's quite a small book it actually covers quite a lot and is really well laid out.
I suppose if you don't find mnemonics helpful this isn't the book for you, but I personally found it really useful - it does what it says on the tin.
I think it probably works best as a companion to some of the more exhaustive (and sedative!) books, and as such is rather a refreshing read.
Mnemonics make recall easier for me!
I found this book useful - especially when under pressure in the PACES in the cardio station it saved my butt. The lists aren't exhaustive but all the most likely contenders are there and the examiners don't care about the really rare stuff. I also like the linking of topic to the mnemonic - it definitely makes recall easier. A neat idea - I'd recommend it. 5 stars!!
