Another one for car journies.
My grandson Jack was three on 17th April. He loves Bob the Builder toys and I've already bought him most of the main toys. He does love his pocket books though. These are ideal for car journeys and to keep him quiet when necessary. The last time was at a christening. He loves having these read to him, but also he loves stacking them up and putting them back in their box. He knows every character on sight and can just pick out the main letter of the name. He loves counting them as well and always gets the total correct. They are perfect for small hands.

Fantastic value
My 3 1/2 yr old nephew is a big Bob the Builder fan and he loves this because it contains 5 books of his favourite Bob characters, each book is about a different character like Lofty and Scoop. The books are small enough for him to handle, have great colour pictures in photo form from the tv show. When he comes to learn to read, these books will be great for him to read as they have very simple words for each picture. They will last forever as they're in hardback form and his younger brother already has his eye on them!

Great little set of books
Fantastic little set of books, I would especially recommend these if you are travelling as they take up next to no room in your bag and there are six books to keep little ones entertained.
Bright pictures and short sentences will see them right though till the learning to read stage.
