About the author

Sally Russellhas an LLB (hons) from the University of London, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.  She is a Senior Examiner with the AQA (one of the major A-level Law examination boards), and formerly Head of the Department of Law at Sussex Downs College. She is also a qualified Legal Executive and the subject advisor for tort for the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) Tutorial College.
