I recently discovered the Law Express series (which I now own in full!) and the companion websites. I wanted to write you a quick note to say that the books and the websites are absolutely fantastic!!
Richard Bridges, law student

Your books are fantastic. It seems that you have really listened to what students need and then gone ahead and given us it!
Bob Brown, law student

You really feel that someone is trying to help you: ‘you’re not alone’! The tone is approachable, reader-friendly and empathises with the student. It really is a helping hand.

Customer Reviews

Brilliant book, very informative for both A level and degree5
I have a teacher who cant teach excepetionally well and one of the girls in my class suggested this book to help me with my A levels. Well i did the exam in January and recently got my results back. from learning from this book i came out of the exam feeling confident and when my results came through i was ecstatic. I got 110 out of 120, thats an A. I was so pleased that this book helped me when my teacher couldnt. Thank you for this book.

A excellent accompaniment to A-level Law syllabuses5
As a lecturer teaching Law to students for a variety of academic qualifications, I am constantly seeking universally approachable books that will provide a fundamental guide to a particular legal area for students.

Without doubt Elliott and Quinn's Tort Law achieves this for the Law of Torts.

Encompassed within this work are clearly headed and worded up-to-date chapters on Negligence, Employers' and Occupiers' liability, Defamation, Nuisance and Trespass amongst others.

Every chapter has examples of examination questions that add to the learning experience of the student.

Furthermore, all the main cases are in bold type to make referencing easier!

Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant5
I am currently in the first year of a Law Degree and have been using the Tort Book to help me get by in tutorials and essays and I must say a big thankyou to Elliot & Quinn for writing the book s without it I dont think I would have passed my first year exams which I passed at Grade A. The book has an easy to understand interface which has the auroa of wanting to be read and is not to daunting like other law text books and it starts from the beginning so you have a thorough understandin of the topic unlike other textbooks which tend to scare you by diving in the deep end. This book is the perfect compliment to A level and Degree level Law.Buy it and trust me you will wonder how you ever got by without it.
