Trusts made straightforward
Trusts is a bit of a struggle for me so I wanted some help and I certainly found it with this book. I was impressed by the Tort one that I used to prepare my first piece of coursework and it got me such a good mark that I was keen to get the others and this book really makes a difference. I never thought I'd be able to get the hang of some of the stuff in trusts but Law Express makes it really clear and straightforward. The key cases are excellent and the lists of points to learn help to focus me on what is important.

I'm definitely going to use it to help with my first trusts essay which is coming up soon - in fact, I don't think I could write my essay without it.

excellent book to use as a summary when you are reading through your lecture notes. i found it helpful for revising for my Equity exam at University.
