I have praticed Iyengar Yoga for over 8yrs and have a wonderful tutor.
I am 16 weeks pregnant and my tutor suggested that i read this book over the first trimester as you can not strictly practice safely until after 14 weeks.
All i really want to say about this book is that it is beautiful, to read, look at and to have, a must have for any avid Iyengar Student, with the added bonus of the pictures included in the book are one of BKS Iyengars daughters and even a few of the master himself, it is easy to see the postures clearly and would inspire any student pregnant or not to practice regularly, wonderfully inspiring for body and mind.
