bad craziness
Most people have seen the film and the book itself is left unread, but it is the rare insight into the world of drug abuse that can only be described in this brilliantly written book. As HST and his Samoan attorney roar through and around las vegas you are pulled head first into the craziness of his gonzo style journalism and their 100-mile-an-hour lifestyle. HST also delves deep inside his own mind wondering how far he can push himself and how long his mind can cope with the constant abuse. It is a brilliant and insightful book into the life of the carefree and long-forgotton 70's drug fiend, well worth the second read
