As someone just getting into Raw Food, gave great overviews of the core issues of 1) Raw Food and health, 2) "how-to"'s 3) do it yourself on the cheap 4) reviews of equipment 5) tips on raw food and cooking

Very balanced and thoughtfully written and constructed (and doesn't preach or try to convert you).

This is an ideal book if you want to know a bit about raw food and just want to get on with it and do it! The over 400 recipes are fantastic and the most I've been able to find in one book.

A great book for raw food beginners5
This book is packed with information on how to go follow a raw food diet. The recipes that I have tried so far have all been very delicious. Some recipes are very simple, others require more prep time. I'm very glad that this was my first raw food cook book as I think it will be a while before I'll need another one.
