More info than you ever imagined on Tofu!
I got this book as a present from my sister. It was the best present shes ever bought me! It is a huge book with hundreds of pages documenting the history of tofu, its many many types, its production methods (traditional and modern) as well as recipies. I found out loads - even ended up making a bit of my own tofu!!
If you like a blend of history, recipies and culture, you'd probably enjoy this too.

Get this book while it is cheap: When I bought it a number of years ago, it was quite an expensive purchase but I never regretted it.

Basically, the book has everything you wanted to know about all Soya and Tofu products, how it is made and how to cook it and in my estimation, deserves to be a classic.

As I said, if you enjoy using tofu and would like to know more about it, this is your book.
