A solid introduction to Wicca
This book provides the beginner with a solid introduction to the Craft, including some informative background on the various traditions, magickal practices etc. I would recommend that the book be read in conjunction with another introductory book to get a better feel for the spirituality of Wicca, as this book can be rather wooden and textbook-like. The authors do give interesting outlines of differing tradions' approaches to practicing the Craft, including methods of casting circles, cleansing ritual tools as well as an outline of initiation rites.
Overall, a solid beginning.
Hard to get into
This is a brilliant for beginners and more experienced people, its hard to get into and can be a bit tricky to understand.
It's very informative and highly detailed, though in some parts to much. There are lots of spells and rituals in there, and some very good exercises. There is a massive glossary at the end of the book, it's well worth the money.
