Customer Reviews

Good start for the beginner.5
I'm a complete beginner.
Since there aren't watercolour classes in my town, I decided to buy some books to teach me how to paint.

Jack Reid begins showing you how to paint simple landscapes. His instruction is clear and very easy to follow. I've tried several of them and I'm happy with outcome.

There are some pages from other artists such as Linda Kemp, Brigitte Schreyer, Mark Willenbrink and Grant Fuller and that's interesting contributions, too.

Just one thing....
He mostly uses 640gsm paper for his works and I usually use 300gsm for economical reason.
I wonder if outcome is really different if I use the higher quality paper.
