A Great Place to Start5
This is the third book on beading I've bought and it's by far the clearest for a novice to follow. Clear photographs show how to make the jewellery and the materials needed for each project are on the same page as the instructions. The projects themselves are interesting and varied- including wire work, stringing, macrame, decorating boxes to name but a few, giving a taster of a lot of different techniques. For the more experienced or even just the imaginative the projects are easy to adapt to your own preferances. A really useful book, beautifully and clearly presented and very user friendly.

Beautiful, but simple5
As soon as you've finished drooling over the beautiful pictures, this book will have you running to your nearest bead store to get started!

It's very clearly aimed at the beginning beader, concentrating on simple techniques of stringing, but exploring many beautiful things you can create quickly and easily with beads. Everything you'll need to complete each project is clearly listed. The instructions are easy to follow, and there are plenty of photographs of the pieces under construction as well as in their finished state.

As you might expect, the majority of the projects are for jewellery items, but there are also decorative homewares and slightly more complex wire-worked items also included. Definitely one to recommend for anyone interested in starting beading.

A wonderful book!5
I absolutely love this book! The author explains everything clearly and there are loads of photos to show you exactly how things are made. I bought this as I wanted to start making my own jewellery and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in bead jewellery.
