Appreciative Inquiry and Power in Organisations, Condiditons for Success, Theoretical Basis, Sustaining the Results, Conclusions.

AI is an enticing, generative approach to change. Rooted in Social Constructivism AI seeks to build on what works. This contasts with traditional problem solving approaches that focus on deficits or what doesn't work. The book illustrates AI's approach using the 4'D' cycle of 'Discovery' (What works) 'Dream' (The essence of what works) 'Design' (The infrastructure needed to deliver) and 'Destiny'
(The responsibility / roles needed to make change happen.
