This is an American cookery book with American measurements ~ cups and ounces occasionally, although there is a comprehensive conversion chart on the last page of the book.
Some of the ingredients and 'style' of recipes are distinctly American and somewhat off-putting.
However, it is an sturdy spiral hardback with lots of pretty pictures. I am glad I didn't pay too much for it!
