Effective and Accessible Distance Learning Qigong Course
I purchased this course having enjoyed Ken's Qigong book. The pack is quite expensive, but good value in my view. It includes excellent DVD and CD instructional and practice material, supported by a short and exceptionally well written manual. Via this course Ken presents and teaches an interesting selection of safe snd effective qigong sets and meditation exercises from a number of authoritative traditions. His focus is very much qigong to develop and enhance holistic wellness and healing. Both the total beginner and seasoned practitioner will find the breadth and depth of content easy to understand yet simultaneously profound and scholarly.
