Asian Kitchen
The best thing about this cookbook is that it de-mystifys many Asian ingredients. Each spice, herb, vegetable and type of noodle is described alongside a colour photo, and all the names it is known by are listed so that you can go with confidence to a Chinese or Indian supermarket and buy what you require. The recipes that I have tried so far have been easy, quick and absolutely delicious. Much better than getting take-out food!
