Customer Reviews

An informative read5
I really liked this book because it provides easy to understand information on a variety of topics relevant to both male and female readers. The book is split into 5 sections each dealing with a different aspect of beauty and the body. The sections are skin, mouth, nails, hair and eyes. In each section are detailed foods and in some cases massage treatments for each part dealt with. Although the book concentrates mainly on the food and nutrition aspects for each section, also providing recipes and short diet plans to help each aspect of beauty. The thing I found most interesting was the fact that the book not only provides lists of foods that can help aspects of beauty/conditioning but it actually goes into detail as to why and how the foods work.
