This is the first title in the "Nature's Best" series, which aims to provide practical advice on how to develop good health through diet, exercise and environmental awareness. It is designed to help readers maximize the benefits of a healthy lifestyle by combining a routine of healthy eating and exercise with an understanding of the environment and the hidden health hazards caused by pollution. In today's society, the effect of diet and environment on our well being is becoming increasingly clear. Stress, a poor diet and lack of exercise are recognized as significant factors in the development of cancer, rheumatism and many degenerative diseases and stress-related disorders. The book is an easy-to-follow guide to good health and should be of interest to anyone interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle in today's hectic society.

Customer Reviews
Full of fantastic usefull ideas to live a healthier life!,
Such an easy book to read full of logic explanations why we get ill by eating the wrong food. He really manages to bring over his motivation and passion to try and do it right. He keeps saying, no need to be fanatical about it, even a few little changes will improve your live. He definately managed to motivate me and have now bought more of his books.
