This book sorts your head out and you will succeed!
I read this book as if it were a novel, it told me nothing I didn't already know but persuaded my head to accept all the facts as given!

Having taken all the advice and guidelines on board, and they are all practical and feasible, my husband and I have both lost almost 3 stone and are now able to maintain our weight at present levels very easily. Basically we were eating too much, not able to exercise because of disabilities, and not drinking enough water. Our shopping bill is lower and we are lighter and fitter! Excellent book!
