Product Description

Eulogy for a wookiee...the final fate of chewbacca! Hot on the heels of one dramatic turning point (the marriage of Luke and Mara in Star Wars: Union) comes another; more shocking and tragic than anything thus far chronicled in George Lucas's epic Star Wars saga...the death of Chewbacca! Not a dream, not an imaginary tale -- it's true, Han Solo's long-time co-pilot and trusted friend is no more. But how? Where? Why? This incredible graphic novel holds the answers and much, much more. Warrior, smuggler, hero, legend; so much is known about Chewbacca and yet at the same time so little. Now, through the thoughts and remembrances of those closest to him (including Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Lando Calrissian and, of course, Han Solo) the history of galaxy's greatest Wookiee can at last be revealed.

A Great collection of short Chewie Stories!!5
.
This collection of short stories is a must-have
for every Star Wars Fan.

The stories in this TPB are set in the past.

Almost every character in the latest SW comics
tell their fondest memory about good old chewbacca.
Some stories might actually surprise you (like leia's)

Too bad i hadn't read Vector Prime yet, so
i actually hoped chewbacca would eventually
show up in these comic book pages. (it was originally a 4-part limited series)

Buy it, you won't regret it!!!!!

A tribute to everyone's favourite hairball.4
This is a graphic collection of short stories the premise of which is the family and friends of Chewbacca telling stories about him after his death (in R.A Salvatore's 'Vector Prime'). Some of the tales here are a bit on the boring side, but for the most part they are brilliant insights into the unseen past of the 'big walking carpet' and all the tales are written and illustrated by Star Wars veterans. The best among the stories is probably 'Breaking A Custom' which shows how Han and Chewie first meet.

A insightful and depressing insight into Chewbaccas Life.4
This book is a collection of stories from the life of Chewbacca, who sacrafised his own life to save Han Solos son as a planet was being destroyed. The book follows C3-P0 and R2 as they go in search of untold stroies of Chewie. They ask many different people, including Chewies father, Princess Leia, Chewies wife, Lando Calrisian and of course Han Solo. Each story give the reader a different insight into the unknown world of Chewbacca. This book is very well drawn and written, and at the end you might even find yourself crying! I would recomend this book to all Star Wars and Chewbacca fans as it gives great insight to untold Star Wars stories.
