A useful, back-to-basics, cookbook
This book is a useful companion to the novice cook. However, if you are a little more experienced in the kitchen and are used to cooking basic dishes, then this might not be the book for you. There are some great recipes for old favourites and good advice on how to stock the student larder, yet the book is packed with corny humour which can grate after a while.
