Denise Phillips graduated from the Pure Leith School of Food and Wine and worked at Langhan's and Kensington Place Restaurants. Denise ran her own catering company and went on to launch a series of highly popular cookery demonstrations. This a delighful step by step cook book, easy to follow and the recipes once made look like the picture. You do not have to be Jewish to enjoy this book.
