About the Author
Denise Phillips graduated from the Pure Leith School of Food and Wine and worked at Langhan's and Kensington Place Restaurants. Denise ran her own catering company and went on to launch a series of highly popular cookery demonstrations. She writes a regular cookery column for the London Jewish News, is a contributor to Spectrum Radio and has a column with a New York Jewish newspaper
