About the Author
JOHN L. MARIOTTI is President and CEO of The Enterprise Group, time–shared executive advisors. An experienced executive, and former president of Huffy Bicycles and Rubbermaid Office Products Group, Mariotti is a management columnist for the American Management Association, Fortune Small Business and Management Centre Europe, and author of Smart Things to Know About Brands and Branding (Capstone 1999) and Smart Things to Know About Marketing (Capstone 2000), The Power of Partnerships (Blackwell 1996) and The Shape Shifters: Continuous Change for Competitive Advantage (Wiley 1997). He is an internationally recognized speaker and consultant, who also serves as a director of HomeCare Industries, Amrep, Acorn Products (ACRN) and Manco (division of Henkel kGAa).
