Core 1 revision guide edexcel
The revision gudie is quite good; it gets to the point and i found in some cases the things i found tricky were a lot easier than i thought. However, the book mainly skimms the As level module and doesn't go into great detail except for in the well thought of practise exam paper at the back which is disected and analysed after you attemping it.
CGP Rocks!
I've always been a fan of CGP to begin with with their light-hearted way of revision and as per usual CGP didn't disappoint!
My only flaw (which was not CGP's fault) was the fact that it took so long to arrive, (two days before my exam) which resulted in a possible U in the exam, but that's beside the point. CGP are a great revision tool!

Came in handy for my AS revision needs.
An excellent point about this book is the header on each page that tells you whether this topic is covered by your exam board, a useful thing when you may have missed a few lessons. *ahem*
