A must for first year law students...5
How many times has your tutor shouted the word 'authority' following your citation of a legal principle in seminars? Many of you studying towards an LLB Law degree will know where I'm coming from here and will find this book an invaluable aid to your study of common law. This book is well presented, each aspect of contract is covered in a logical manner with the additional analysis you don't get from most casebooks.

If (like me) you find the law reports in your library a little heavy for first year reading this book is a must, you will quickly find your topic of choice dissected in chronological order providing both history of principle through to the current legal position. Most cases are supplemented with additional comment and reference is given to alternative publications should you wish to further your research.

You need never forget the common law case to support your submissions if you purchase this book, go and get it!

A must have for those studying contract law at any level4
As a student studying A-level law this book has become vital. For anyone who is interested in contract law this book is excellent in backing up your knowledge with an impressive amount of well displayed cases that have set out precedent in english law that effect your daily life. From the basics of buying your medication in a Pharmacy (PSGB v Boots) to cases that have founded the laws of contract (Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Company) This book provides informative cases on contract law that are easy to understnad and applicable to anyone studying the law of contract at any level.
