Elementary and lacking substance
This elementary text gives more focus to the Alexander technique and the semi-supine position (I'm not joking) that it does to good advocacy. Where are the examples of a submission? The detail necessary to perform a bail application? These topics have been skated over so that the authors can fill appendices with irrelevance.
