About the Author
Martin Wasik is a barrister and Professor of Criminal Justice at Keele University. He specialises in sentencing law and is chariman of the Sentencing Advisory Panel. He is also one of the authors of Blackstone's Criminal Practice. The late Christopher Emmins practised as a barrister and lectured at the Inns of Court School of Law.
