About the Author
Dr. STEPHEN NOTTINGHAM is a biologist, writer and freelance consultant. He has researched in the UK and the USA and published extensively on the development of environmentally-friendly crop protection methods. He is also the author of Genescapes - The Ecology of Genetic Engineering (Zed Books, 2002).
