About the Author
The author, Christopher Goodwins, was vicar of St Mary's, Plymouth for nearly 30 years and although retired is presently Priest-in-Charge of St Andrew's, Islesham. He has been broadcasting as Epilogian with Westward Television and Televison south West for the last 17 years in the 'Faith for Life' and 'Postscript' series. His interest are varied, from singing counter-tenor, riding motor-cycles, flying small aircrafts like Cessnas and Katanas, to appearing on TV quizz shows! (Was contestant and winner of BBC WIPEOUT programme 4th May 2001, has also reached quarter finals of 'Who Wants to be a Great Cook?', and came 2nd on Channel 5's '100 percent Gold'.) Christopher Goodwins, lives in Ely, Cambridge with his wife Doreen. He has two grown up children and also possesses a great sense of humour.
