yet more men and their sheds
Another joyfully insight into "men and their sheds", this time looking at a more varied type of shed and of course the men that potter in them, from a bloke who makes/wears armour to a man who has made a copy of an american style barn, but tradtional british garden shed size..

The photos are great, with an inside shot of the particular bloke in mid wossname, and a nice shot from the top of the garden, colour is not issed at all.

There are some good ideas for any existing sheddie or even someone who has not thought of owing or even building a shed..

This book give you the inspiration to get out the back, and start measuring up some timbers.

There are some interesting links to shed related website's, which should keep the modern sheddie on his toes.

The best present for the sheddist in your life this chrimbo, well at least it will keep him from being under your feet.

I bought this book along with "Men and Their Sheds" by Gordon Thorburn.

From weekend newspapers, internet chatter and magazine articles, one thing is beyond doubt. Sheds are on the increase because they offer such potential to do anything you want to do, be it book reading, business or simply collecting bricks (yes someone actually does that!)

Shed Men (published later) humourously shows how diverse people can be when it comes to having a place of their own to get away from it all. A haven of peace and quiet, or a headquarters of frantic entrepreneurial activity, the quirkiness and individuality is clearly shown page by page.

Shed Men is a second offering that captures the imagination showing even more diverse men with increasingly unique sheds! Im sure that after reading this book, you too (if you dont already have one) will want to have a place of your own for whatever reason you wish. So read, have a laugh and let it tweak your imagination. I think thats it...there is nothing more to be shed!
