About the Author
Elaine Sheehan is a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist. Born in Ireland, she has recently returned to live there, having spent many years in England. She presently practices at Oakwell Clinic, Wicklow Town. While living in England, she ran a busy private practice in Leeds and frequently held seminars and workshops for major corporate bodies and community and mental health services. She has also worked as a trainer of therapists with British Hypnosis Research. Her other titles are Health Essentials: Self-Hypnosis and Low Self-Esteem.
