About the Author
Professor Kate Jacques is Dean of the Faculty of Education and Contemporary Studies at the University of Bedfordshire. Her research interests include mentoring of trainee teachers and teacher professionalism. Dr Rob Hyland is a teaching fellow at Durham University where he is co-ordinator for the school partnership in the Primary BA (QTS) programme. His research interests include qualitative methods and nutrition education.

Clear, straightforward advice to support your studies. Explains things in context without oversimplifying and omitting important details. Time is often an issue when you need to have a proper understanding of an area of teaching and learning and this book meets the needs of time poor students.
