Product Description

Meet Ian Freeman, extreme fighter. Incarcerated in a metal cage, his fights have no limits. He is a friend to keep close and an enemy to steer clear of, cross him and you will live to regret it. For Ian, violence is no glamorous profession, but a way of life. Determined to be able to defend himself whatever the challenge, Ian quickly establishes himself as an unbeatable force in the fighting art of Vale Tudo - Portuguese for "anything goes" - and rose to Britain's finest heavyweight Mixed Martial Arts fighter. This book tells the tale of one man's battle to win. Having championed justice on his own doorstep, defeated bullies, drug dealers and trouble makers, he has gone on to become a champion both in name and nature.

FROM MAN TO MACHINE5
Ian Freeman has pretty much put Britain on the map as regards fighting, lets face it if any one has seen the Frank Mir fight which was Ian's greatest MMA Fight to date . This Book goes behind all the usual "Hardman" backround (Tough unbringing not Ian freeman) he says in his book how he comes from a loving home and you do believe it as he fondly talks about this mother and father and and Tells it like it is. How a lad was just on his way home from a few drinks ends up being beaten up so badly that he never left the house for weeks suffered depression, and showed the mental strengh to turn it all around. this book is for all the people who have turned things around in their lives it shows that if you get off your arse and push yourself it is amazing what you can acheive!Great Book...

incredible!!5
This book is one of Blake's finest - apart from Being Jordan.
Wheatman is quickly becoming the daddy of crime books in the UK. Can't wait to read more from him - he's a name to look out for in the future.

Freeman is awesome - what more can be said about Britain's Hardest?
