Not Vegan!
It says it's for Vegan's - it's not. Lots of the recipes have condensed milk, cheese, butter, honey in them. It is egg free just not dairy free - about 1/4 or less are suitable for Vegans - if you are Vegan you'd be better off with 'Vegetarian Cooking Without' by Barbara Cousins or Vegan with Avengence
