Not just for vegies5
I wanted a cookery book that made more use of beans and pulses to make expensive ingredients like meat go further but that would satisfy my husband who is definately no vegetarain. This book is great, clear simple instructions, big pictures and most importantly the recipies I have tried have been really tasty. You can really speed things up by using canned instead of dried beans etc. The cover is wipe clean too!
