About the Author
Ruth Galloway is the successful author-illustrator of a number of picture books, including Fidgety Fish and Smiley Shark with Little Tiger Press. She is married with one son and lives in Oxfordshire.

A snappy happy story
This is a really nice story about a crab with big claws that get in the way until he realises just how useful they can be. Its beautifuly illustrated and fun to read... my 3 year old son can't get enough of it. If you liked figity fish and smiley shark you'll love this one too.
5 star story-book
What drivel from M Green......fancy suggesting that 'Clumsy Crab' is based on another book when this WAS written 2 years BEFORE 'Commotion in the Ocean'!
So WHO is copying who, allegedly?
unexciting
this book is not very exciting for the intended age range. rather pick a tried and tested classic like "commotion in the ocean" by giles andreae which this book is obviously based on.
