About the Author
Jonty Hearnden has taken on the newly created role of Miller's Consultant Editor. A well-known face due to his presenter role on the BBC's Cash in the Attic (now filming its 9th series), he also presents BBC's Sun, Sea, and Bargains, and appears as an expert on the BBC's Antiques Roadshow and 20th Century Roadshow. With experience as a dealer and working within auction houses, Jonty has the perfect credentials for representing Miller's.

Love the new look!
This old favourite has been given a face lift and it beats the competition hands down. No other price guide offers comparable expertise from such a reputable group of experts. The pictures are big (all in colour), the information is sound, the scope is amazing. This is the alpha male of the antiques prices guides!

A great guide and its worth having a recent copy in your library
I am not a professional antique dealer not collector, but I've had a copy of the Miller's Antiques Price Guide on my desk for a number of years.
I recently found the 2007 edition at a knockdown price, and it is really a mine of information. More than 8,000 items are valued and almost all of them shown with smallish, but perfectly useable, thumbnail pictures. Its 750 pages cover everything from furniture (oak, pine, bamboo), through ceramics (pottery, porcelain Chinese, Japanese) and glass (my favourite), to Toys, Arms, Book, etc. It is very useful when trying to value an item already at home or something you might consider buying. It is also a great book to browse through on a cold winter night.
I don't need to buy the guide every year, but having a recent edition on your shelves is certainly worth every penny.
