Fantastic, an absolute bible for mosaic fans5
I have never come across a book so full of inspiration and clear details. This book has become my bible, I refer to it at all times. It is clearly written and the photos and illustrations are very easy to understand. All mosaic artists, from beginner to expert will love this book. The technical part is fully explained, so if you are new to mosaicing you can find all the information you need to start you off. The more experienced will find the great number of design ideas really useful. It covers every possible design you could need, including alphabets and numbers, sea life, nursery, botanical, animals and lots, lots more. This book is more than worth its weight in gold (or tesserae!!). I couldn't do mosaic without it. FANTASTIC AND RECOMMENDED.

Mostly for nurseries3
This book did'nt suit me at all. It is very pedagogical with step by step illustratons. And it contains a great number of motifs including All trhe letters of the alphabet. And the book is divided into chapters like patterns and borders; animals, letters, flowers, figures and so on

There is a special chapter for nursery-motifs, but I couldn't really see any difference from these motifs than from those in the rest of the book. If you like small, often very colourful mosaics in a, I would say, a bit naïve style, this book is for you.
