Customer Reviews

One of the best preparation material5
Land Law to several are very confusing if you're a student in Law, or even simply learning for reference. This Law Cards gives you a very structured explanation of the essentials to the importance its law, doctrines and cases involved in the subject.

The author had managed to cover what is needed to be learned in the undergraduate land law syllabus and also material they may further your knowledge and understanding.

What makes it more appealing than text books is that it's pocket size feature allow the author to summarise the main importance of the topic and therefore lets the reader to pin-point was is needed to know and study them accordingly with ease.

I would definetly recommend this publication to any undergraduate student of law or anyone who wish to enhance their knowledge in this field. A definite must buy.

Perfect Little Complement to your studies4
This little book will not be of use to anyone wanting a brief overview of Land Law. Neither is it a magical route to top marks in your degree. But it is a wonderful little complement to your study.

It's practical for constant revision use to aid your learning of the important principles and cases. Its topic structure will more than likely match the topics you will find in your syllabus for easy reference.

Aside from revision, it's worth having with you while you're working on essays, problem questions or any homework. No, it won't do the essay for you, but it will provide a brief and easy-to-access reminder for you while you work.

When you do use it, you will likely find it a very condensed version of your notes (which it of course essentially is). It doesn't go into as much depth as one would like (e.g. on fixtures and chattels), but that's to be expected.

It does what it sets out to do very well and, if you use it properly, you'll be glad that you bought it. It is, however, quite pricey considering you'll probably be wanting to buy similar items in the Routledge*Cavendish Lawcards series. It would have been fantastic to have some cut-price deals on these for we poor law students!
